A refurbishment of the first floor in a typical “polykatoikia” (apartment bldg.) in Heliopolis lead to an outstanding material sampling due to the owner who is a building material importer with excellent new proposals. This one floor had to acommodate a variety of functions from the reception and the working spaces to exhibition and public and private meeting areas.
