An old Army Camp is transformed into a new 100-room resort with a secluded atmosphere very close to the center of Ermoupolis. The old camp main operations buildings were renovated and became the organizers for the ground floor bungalows on multiple levels, around the central communal spaces (gym, restaurants, shops, etc. Another area close to the sea was dedicated to an educational and industrial park and the Aegean University.
